We own two apartments in the same building. The one on 5^th floor has 70qm with balcony and terrace and the one on 4^th floor has 40qm with balcony. Both have one bathroom and will provide beds for up to two adults. When we stay in Berlin we rent one of our rooms in the 5^th floor apartment (private entrance and bathroom as well as access to private terrace, no kitchen).
